How long does it take to ship my order?

We ship all orders received (excluding surfboards) within 24 hours via Mondial Relay or Colissimo. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number.

How long does it take to ship my surfboard?

We ship surfboards with our carrier GEODIS within 24 to 48 hours. As soon as your order is shipped, you'll receive an email notification with a tracking number so you can schedule a delivery appointment 48 to 72 hours later.

Can my order be delivered anywhere in the world?

Yes, we ship worldwide. However, depending on the country, you may need to contact us when selecting your shipping method to receive a personalized quote. This is especially true for surfboards.

How do I pick up my order at headquarters?

Shortly after placing your order by selecting the "pick up at headquarters" option, you will be contacted by our team to choose a date that suits you.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free delivery for orders over €100 (excluding surfboards).

My surfboard was delivered broken, what should I do?

When you order your surfboard, you'll receive a manual on how to make a claim with the delivery driver if the package is damaged. Once the board leaves our warehouse, we are no longer responsible for any damage. It's essential to take the time to open the package in front of the delivery driver and report any damage directly.

My Nomads fin broke, can I exchange it for free?

No, the lifetime fin warranty is over. However, you can order individual fins directly from our website.

Are your fins sold in sets of three?

Yes, our fins are sold in sets of three, except for twin fins, which are sold in sets of two, and single fins, which are sold individually.

What should I do if my Nomads leash breaks?

Like any leash, your Nomads leash may eventually break in any type of conditions. But unlike the competition, our leashes can be disassembled into 3 parts and each part is sold individually on our website so you can repair it at a lower cost rather than replacing it. Our leashes comply with current standards for strength and breaking strength. It's important to know that a leash is designed to break depending on the force exerted, ensuring greater safety for the surfer.

How do I choose my Nomads surfboard?

To choose your Nomads board you can refer to our Volume Calculator or contact us directly to speak with one of our founders who will help you choose the board adapted to your level and your size.

Do your products stand the test of time?

Although our products are recycled or eco-designed, we are committed to achieving the highest possible quality and durability. Some products may have defects. Please do not hesitate to contact us if this is the case.
